Marina Port Valencia redevelopment makes headway

Marina Port Valencia is making further headway in its redevelopment project with the launch of berth sales and rental options across its marinas. This process will be rolled out in phases, alongside the ongoing works, as each area is following its own timeframe.

At the heart of the project are three marinas, each with a distinct identity of its own. Marina Norte is set within one of the most open and exclusive areas of the development, defined by its sense of space and its direct connection to the open waters of Valencia Bay. This will be a home for yachts of up to 130 metres, set within a waterfront that weaves together life on the water with offices, restaurants, co-working units, retail premises and landscaped spaces.

Meanwhile, Marina Sur – also set at the entrance to the bay – boasts a more versatile profile, accommodating yachts from 6 to 115 metres LOA. This area will feature a dedicated technical zone for yacht maintenance and operations, along with refit & repair workshops and offices for yachting companies. What’s more, a dry dock is planned for the future, which will expand on-site berthing and services for yachts between 6 and 8 metres. It will also serve as a hub for water sports, bringing together specialised companies and clubs – from sailing, rowing, kayaking and other disciplines – and creating a vibrant, year-round environment.

Positioned closer to the city, the aptly named Marina City – set within the innermost area of the port – has been designed to welcome yachts from 12 to 130 metres, including one of the project’s most exclusive pontoons, the central pontoon, with berths from 15 metres in length available on 10-, 15- or 20-year agreements. It will also include dedicated berths for yachts between 24 and 60 metres, positioning it as a key component of the development and the first to be delivered, with availability expected at the start of the season.

Boats will benefit from services including 24-hour security, fuel supply, parking and environmental management, alongside a wider range of developments spanning leisure, innovation and yachting services – forming a 360° ecosystem aligned with its vision of bringing the city closer to the sea.

The sales team is already working with interested yacht owners, providing information and personalised support, a process that will continue to evolve in the coming phases of the project.
