Marina of the Year Award for Poole Quay Boat Haven

Poole Quay Boat Haven has been named Winner of the 2025 TYHA Marina of the Year Awards in the Coastal under 250 berths category, sponsored by Haven Knox-Johnston, at the Southampton Boat Show.

This latest accolade recognises the marina’s exceptional customer service, high-quality facilities and ongoing commitment to providing outstanding visitor experience. Poole Quay Boat Haven has now received the award six times, reflecting the continued dedication of its team and the loyalty of berth holders and visiting boaters.

Poole Quay Boat Haven is the only marina in the UK to hold all three TYHA Marina accreditations: 5 Gold Anchor, Superyacht Ready and International Clean Marina.

Kerrie Gray, Marina Manager at Poole Quay Boat Haven said: “Thank you to everyone who voted and for your continued support. We are delighted to see our marina recognised once again and are grateful to our berth holders and visitors who make this such a special place.”

Captain Brian Murphy, Chief Executive of Poole Harbour Commissioners, added: “This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire marina team. Achieving all three TYHA accreditations and being named Marina of the Year for a sixth time highlights the consistently high standards delivered at our marinas.”

The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) Marina of the Year Awards celebrate the best marinas across the UK and overseas, with winners chosen by public vote.

Poole Quay Boat Haven and Port of Poole Marina, operated by Poole Harbour Commissioners, offer 200 berths over two sites. The marinas provide berthing for 110 vessels on an annual basis and 90 vessels as short term lets or visitor berthing.

Poole Quay Boat Haven’s location at the heart of Poole’s historic quayside provides direct access to the UK’s largest natural harbour and the Jurassic Coast.
