This August, Henri-Lloyd is bringing a fresh social experience to Cowes Week with the launch of the Henri-Lloyd Après Party, a daily post-race gathering designed to keep the spirit of the water alive long after the finish line.
Taking place from 2–8 August at the Island Sailing Club Garden, the Henri-Lloyd Après Party will offer sailors, crews and visitors the perfect place to unwind, reconnect and celebrate each day’s racing, open from 2pm to 5pm.
Positioned as the ultimate post-race debrief, the Henri-Lloyd Après Party will transform one of Cowes Week’s most iconic waterfront locations into a vibrant hub where race stories are shared, tactics are debated and friends old and new come together over great food and drinks from a glass of chilled Après Provence Rose, to a refreshing pint of specially brewed Henri-Lloyd beer.
Whether stepping ashore after a day on the water or simply looking for the best atmosphere in Cowes, sailors and shore crew can enjoy a relaxed and welcoming environment inspired by the camaraderie that defines on the water culture.
Throughout the week, visitors can enjoy:
- Food and drinks served daily from 2pm–5pm
- Live DJ
- Race discussion and post-race analysis
- Exclusive Henri-Lloyd giveaways and goodie bags
- Immersive Henri-Lloyd branding and activations throughout the venue
- A social setting designed for sailors, crews and Cowes Week visitors alike
As a brand with deep roots in sailing, Henri-Lloyd continues its commitment to supporting the sport and its community by creating experiences that bring people together both on and off the water.
“The Henri-Lloyd Après Party celebrates one of the best moments of the day at Cowes Week – when sailors come ashore and the stories begin,” says Tom McMullen, Henri-Lloyd’s Chief Marketing Officer. “We wanted to create a destination that captures the energy, friendships and shared passion that make Cowes Week such a special event.”
The Henri-Lloyd Après Party with Après Provence will run daily from 2–8 August, 2pm–5pm, at the Island Sailing Club Garden.
