EARLY BIRD TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE SUPERYACHT UK TECHNICAL SEMINAR 2026

Early bird tickets are now on sale for the Superyacht UK Technical Seminar 2026, taking place on 19 March, 2026 at The Union Jack Club, London.

Now in its 15th year, the seminar has established itself as one of the most respected technical events in the global superyacht calendar, consistently attracting a high-level audience from across the sector, the ‘who’s who’ of the industry, with strong delegate numbers expected once again next year.

Each year, the seminar brings together international experts, regulators, designers, builders and key industry stakeholders to discuss the issues and innovations shaping the future of the superyacht sector. The 2026 edition will be opened by Superyacht UK Chair, Ben Geary, of Döhle Yachts and will deliver a full programme of technical presentations, regulatory updates, and innovation-led insights.

While the 2026 speaker line-up is still being finalised, attendees can look forward to sessions covering a wide range of critical topics, including:

  • Red Ensign Group (REG) Code amendments – Shell doors and openings
  • Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) updates – Commercial Marine & Training and pathways to unlimited Certificates of Competency (CoCs)
  • International Maritime Organisation (IMO) decarbonisation updates
  • Cyber security
  • Panel discussion – managing post-build and refit warranty works
  • AI and intellectual property

Look out for further session information, speaker announcements and details of this year’s keynote speaker coming soon.

The seminar will also feature networking opportunities throughout the day, including a sponsored lunch, an evening drinks reception and optional networking dinner available for both members and non-members.

Speaking of the seminar Michael Beattie, Superyacht UK Manager, said: “The Superyacht UK Technical Seminar brings together the people and expertise that drive our sector forward. Whether you’re a designer, engineer, surveyor, manager, or technical specialist, the insight you gain here can directly support your work and your decision-making for the year ahead. With so much change happening across regulation, decarbonisation, technology and compliance, this is the one event that gives you a clear, consolidated view of what’s coming next and how to prepare for it.”

Previous delegates have praised the seminar for its relevance and impact, including Douglas Hynd from Redman Whiteley Dixon Ltd (RWD), who described it as: “A very valuable event… a great showcase of the talent and expertise that the UK superyacht community has to offer.”
