D-Marin unveils new membership scheme ‘Latitude’

D-Marin has unveiled its new membership scheme ‘Latitude’ at this year’s boot Düsseldorf, which launches this month in Türkiye, before a wider rollout in 2026.

The scheme, for eligible annual customers, will offer a wide range of exclusive privileges, improving guests’ overall experience and connection with both the marina and fellow members.

Bringing member benefits all under one offering and adding extra privileges, Latitude offers members annual berthing privileges, extra D-Marin’s ‘Happy Berth Days’ offer, integrated Smart Sensors, extra boatyard days, additional parking, complimentary beach access (where applicable) and a welcome gift box reflecting the brand’s premium service for its guests.

D-Marin has chosen the name ‘Latitude’ to represent geographical freedom and that it is more than a coordinate, it’s the freedom to explore, space to dream and choice to belong.

Dean Smith, Chief Commercial Officer at D-Marin said: “We’re excited to officially share the details of our new membership scheme ‘Latitude’ at boot Düsseldorf. Following a hugely successful 2025 with lots of awards across the business, we’re continuing our focus on customer satisfaction with the launch of the Latitude scheme. Our Net Promoter Score increased to 62 in 2025, the highest in its history which reflects the combined impact of our hospitality focus, digital enhancements, and updated infrastructure. Introducing the Latitude scheme will continue our thoughtful, human-centred approach where every detail is anticipated, ensuring interactions feel effortless and intuitive.”

Guests will be able to access the Latitude benefits through the dedicated D-Marin app as it continues to strengthen its digitalisation. The D-Marin app is now used by 93 per cent of annual berth holders, enabling customers to manage bookings, contracts, and real-time updates with ease. The group’s advanced Smart Pedestals and Smart Sensors support operations across the group, providing reliable insights on mooring activity, vessel movement, energy and water use, weather patterns, and security.
