Dutch boat trailer manufacturer Vanclaes Boat Trailers has announced that it has incorporated Vanclaes Boat Trailers UK Ltd and acquired a new factory in Poole, where a dedicated UK team is now moving in and preparing to fulfil orders for its stainless-steel boat trailers within the UK market.
The establishment of Vanclaes Boat Trailers UK Ltd presents a real opportunity for UK boat builders, retailers and distributors to join Vanclaes’ dealer network. Besides providing a market-leading product, being part of the Vanclaes dealer network brings benefits such as dedicated sales and aftersales support, joint marketing, competitive margins and, now, quick, local access to UK stock and parts.
To share the news of its growing presence within the UK and to engage with interested marine businesses, Vanclaes is welcoming visitors to its stand at the Southampton International Boat Show, P26. Exclusive ‘Get on Board’ packages will also be available for new appointments made at the show.
Vanclaes Boat Trailers UK Ltd is the first overseas company established by Vanclaes Boat Trailers and demonstrates the growing success of the brand across international markets. After developing trailer hubs within Europe to reduce delivery times and improve service, Vanclaes Boat Trailers UK Ltd will take this a step further, with a dedicated team, local stock, distribution, warranty support and customer service in-country to meet customer and dealer demand.
This expansion is underpinned by the acquisition of a factory in Poole, where UK orders for Vanclaes trailers will be fulfilled. Without the barriers of cross-border logistics impacting deliveries, UK customers and dealers will be able to access trailers and parts quicker, easier and more cost-effectively.
Vanclaes Boat Trailers UK Ltd will be operated by a dedicated UK-based team of sales, operations, manufacturing and support staff to ensure all boat trailers sold within the country are delivered with a high standard of service and attentive aftersales support.
Vanclaes’ trailers enable UK dealers to provide their customers with a better engineered stainless-steel trailer at a price comparable with conventional galvanised alternatives.
