PRINCESS YACHTS REPORTS STRONG BUSINESS MOMENTUM AS NEW PRODUCT PROGRAMMES GAIN PACE

Princess Yachts has reported a strong start to 2026, with the business continuing to build on the successful turnaround completed in 2025, as major new product programmes advance toward key launch milestones.

The company confirmed that performance in the opening quarter has remained firmly on track across production, deliveries and financial objectives, reinforcing the positive momentum established through 2025.

As part of its long-term growth strategy, Princess continues to invest significantly across new product development, advanced manufacturing capabilities and facilities through a multi-year investment programme designed to support the next generation of yachts across the portfolio.

This continued investment is reflected in the strong progress now being made across several major new product programmes, including the all-new C48, F54 and X90 alongside the S74 and the recently announced Odyssey 108, which marks Princess Yachts’ return to the prestigious 30-metre+ (100ft+) yacht segment.

Ahead of the summer release of audited accounts for 2025, the Company has shared details which reflect a very successful year for the business, including the completion of its operational turnaround programme ahead of plan and over 100% growth in EBITDA year-on-year.

These results represent an important milestone in strengthening the long-term foundations of the business and supporting continued investment across products, facilities and manufacturing capabilities.

“The business has begun 2026 with strong momentum, building on the progress made last year,” said Will Green, CEO of Princess Yachts. “Completing our turnaround ahead of plan and returning the business to quality profitability in 2025 was a significant milestone for Princess and has created the platform for the next phase of growth.

“We continue to invest in new products, facilities and capabilities while maintaining strong operational discipline across the business. Returning the business to profitability ahead of plan has given us the confidence to accelerate investments in the future product portfolio.

“This progress is only possible because of the commitment, skill and resilience of our people across the business, whose efforts have been instrumental in successfully delivering the turnaround and positioning Princess strongly for the future.”

C48 reaches major production milestone

Princess Yachts has confirmed that the first hull of the all-new C48 has now successfully emerged from the mould and entered the fit-out phase ahead of the model’s global premiere at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in 2026.

The milestone marks a major step forward for one of the most significant new product introductions in the brand’s recent history. Developed in collaboration with long-term partner Olesinski and renowned naval architect Michael Peters, the all-new C48 is Princess Yachts’ first outboard-powered, stepped-hull model and will also be the fastest-ever Princess, introducing an entirely new performance platform to the range.

With the major structural mouldings now complete on the first hull, the programme enters the next stage of development in the Company’s Plymouth facilities, including systems installations, interior furniture manufacturing and final fit-out.

The C48 represents the beginning of the new C Class and represents a bold evolution of the Princess portfolio, combining high performance with the brand’s renowned standards of craftsmanship, engineering and design.

F54 advances toward launch

The all-new F54 has also reached a major production milestone, with hull and deck now moulded the programme has transitioned to the assembly stage.

Designed around flexibility, sociability and modern onboard living, the F54 introduces an innovative walk-around transom arrangement with convertible fore-and-aft ‘beach club’-style seating in the cockpit creating a closer connection to the surrounding seascape.

Accommodation includes three beautifully appointed cabins, including two doubles and a twin guest cabin while a foredeck terrace further enhances onboard living.

The first F54 is scheduled to hit the water later this year ahead of its official global debut at boot Düsseldorf 2027.

X90 Sea trials underway

The all-new X90 has also reached a significant milestone with the first yacht now ready for initial sea trials, keeping this highly anticipated addition to the X Class series firmly on track for her summer launch.

Momentum continues to build around the new model, with a further four yachts currently in build and seven units already sold off plan ahead of launch, underlining strong early demand. An exclusive European preview of the X90 will take place in London this August ahead of the yacht’s official global debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.

Together, these latest milestones underline Princess Yachts’ continued commitment to innovation, craftsmanship and long-term investment as the company accelerates into its next phase of growth.
