RIB manufacturer, Aquaspirit UK, has announced that its innovative 7m RIB, the Spirit 700, will debut at this year’s Southampton Boat Show.
The SPIRIT 700 boasts a unique combination of a fully aluminium hull and groundbreaking D-shaped tubes, which are just 30cm wide compared to the traditional 60cm O-tubes found on most RIBs. The flat profile of the D-shape maximises usable space and improves onboard comfort, providing an internal width of over two meters – twice the space of other 7m RIBs – indeed, more room than many 9- or 10m RIBs.
The RIB is powered by a Suzuki DF250APX engine and the boat is built entirely from aluminium, and unlike RIBs built from fibreglass, it can operate with a smaller engine. This, combined with the Spirit 700’s strong lightweight design, results in in exceptional fuel efficiency. The eco-friendly boat is built entirely without plastics or fibreglass, and at the end of its lifecycle, Aquaspirit Marine will retrieve and recycle the vessel free of charge.
Unique luxury features for the Spirit 700 include an onboard toilet and bathing platforms. With generous storage capacity and room for up to 11 passengers, the boat is ideal for all enthusiasts, whether for family outings, watersports or a leisurely cruise.
Innovative features for maximum comfort
The Spirit 700 is the only 7m RIB on the market to include an integrated toilet, which, together with its large saloon and bathing platforms, makes it unique in its class for space durability, comfort and sustainability.
Commenting on the launch, Rob Cross, Director of Aquaspirit UK, said: “We’ve pushed the boundaries of design and performance to build a boat that is a complete game-changer for all RIB enthusiasts. We can’t wait for visitors at the Southampton Boat Show to experience it in action.”
The SPIRIT 700 is available now for orders and can be customised with a wide variety of premium features. For more information on the SPIRIT 700 or to schedule a demo, please visit www.aquaspiritribs.co.uk
