Cheetah Marine, part of the RS Marine Group, has delivered a custom 11.2m Catamaran to Devon & Cornwall Police, powered by Yamaha’s twin 350hp outboards, plus fully equipped with its Helm Master EX boat control system.
Achieving a top speed of 40 knots, the new vessel has been designed to support patrols, diving operations, personnel transport and Remotely Operated Vehicle deployments. The custom build meets both the Police Boat Code Category B and MCA Category 2 standards.
Offering seating for up to 10 people and with a range that exceeds 180 nautical miles, this is the fourth project Cheetah Marine has delivered for a UK Police force. The vessel will strengthen Devon & Cornwall Police’s ability to safeguard one of the UK’s busiest stretches of coastline, supporting public safety and rapid response.
