The Trafalgar Group has announced the exchange of contracts for the purchase of Northshore Shipyard, located in Itchenor on Chichester Harbour. This new acquisition includes a boatyard, lifting facilities, commercial space and office spots.
Spanning approximately 4 acres, the property features a deep-water pontoon, two slipways, a café, and commercial buildings totalling 60,000 square feet. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for The Trafalgar Group, which is eager to explore the potential of this site.
