Get Onboard Safely with Inland and Coastal at SIBS

Inland and Coastal Marina Systems will once again be at the heart of the Southampton International Boat Show (SIBS), reinforcing its commitment to safe access with its ongoing Get Onboard Safely campaign.

Throughout the week, Inland and Coastal will join The Yacht Harbour Association on stand H394 in New Wave Hall, where the team is once again generously sponsoring the daily exhibitor stand drinks – with the exception of Wednesday, when IGY is sponsoring the Awards Reception.

Visitors can expect the same warm welcome as last year, complete with the return of Guinness on the stand. These relaxed gatherings are a highlight of the show and an opportunity to bring the boating community together, while keeping safety front of mind.

This year’s show will also see the official launch of Harbours and their Masters (enter All at Sea’s competition to win a copy here), the new book by seasoned sailor and adventurer Mark Ashley-Miller. Inland and Coastal proudly supported Mark during his epic voyage around the UK aboard his vessel Good Dog, as he set out to visit every harbour master in the country.

Visitors will be able to step aboard Good Dog during the show, meet Mark in person and hear first-hand stories from his travels. Mark will also be giving a special talk on Monday at 4pm at the TYHA stand, where he’ll share insights from his adventures and discuss the role of harbour masters today.

“Supporting Mark’s incredible journey was a natural fit for Inland and Coastal,” says Jon Challis, Head of Business Development at Inland and Coastal. “Harbour masters are often the first line of safety for boaters, and Mark’s project embodies the spirit of our campaign – ensuring everyone can get onboard safely, wherever they are.”

From its unique GRC decking to its durable pontoon solutions, the company remains focused on helping marinas and boat owners plan for the future with confidence.

The Inland and Coastal team will be available throughout the show to discuss upcoming projects, provide technical advice and showcase how their solutions support safer and more enjoyable boating.
