| Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of a boat used to help rescue people from cars and narrow boats during the recent floods in Oxfordshire. Paul Otter's blue and orange fibreglass rowing boat, which is only worth around £20, was taken between Friday and Sunday. He has described the theft as "thoughtless and selfish". |
